  1. Admission conditions

  1. Providing at least 4 (four) years of undergraduate education; Graduating from all departments of Faculties in Engineering and Technology and departments of Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics and Mathematics in other faculties.
  2. Score of at least 70 from ALES (SAY).
  3. Score of at least 60 from Foreign Language Exams (YDS, YÖKDİL and equivalent exams)
  4. Turkish Language Proficiency Document is Required for Foreign Students.

Program Learning Outcomes: Upon successful completion of this program, students will be able to:

Being able to access information, evaluate, interpret and apply scientific research through engineering management or broadening and deepening of information in a different field, established on the qualifications of the undergraduate engineering degree.

To be able to develop scientific knowledge, use scientific, social and ethical responsibility by using limited or incomplete data in engineering management.

To be able to construct a problem in engineering management independently, develop a solution method, solve it, evaluate the results and apply when necessary.

To be able to systematically transfer current developments and own studies in Engineering Management to groups other than engineering and engineering in a written, verbal and visual ways.

To be able to develop new strategic approaches and produce solutions by taking responsibility in unforeseen complex situations encountered in engineering management applications.

To be able to develop strategy, policy and implementation plans on engineering management issues and evaluate the results within the framework of quality processes

To be able to use and develop information and communication technologies with the knowledge of computer software and hardware required by engineering management

Observing scientific, social and ethical values ​​at the stages of collecting, interpreting and announcing data related to engineering management, teaching and controlling these values.

To be able to apply their knowledge and problem solving skills in engineering management in interdisciplinary studies.

  1. Graduation Requirements

The student must take 8 courses with a minimum of 24 credits, take seminar course and complete the master's thesis. The student must be successful at all courses with a minimum CC degree and a Grade Point Score of at least 2.50 / 4.00. In order to complete the program, students are required to complete total of at least 120 ECTS comprising of courses from the course pool and thesis. The students are required to comply with the success criteria (course or thesis study) of each semester.

Today's competitive conditions increase the need of qualified engineers for production and service companies. Developments in recent yearsshows that companies that attach importance to research and development, renew themselves and their products, produce low-cost, high quality and environment-friendly products can survive. The number of foreign companies operating in Turkey has exceeded 25,000 today. The number of Turkish sub-industry companies supporting these companies as suppliers is also increasing. In this respect, the training of qualified engineers will provide an important benefit in terms of improving the competitiveness of our industry.
