Department of Political Science and Public Administration gave its first doctorate degree. Under the consultancy of Professor Dr. Alim Yılmaz, Muhammet Erdal Okutan deserved the title of doctor by defending his doctoral dissertation titled “Judicial Activism: Turkish Constitutional Court”.
