Each semester, newly opened courses are located in the course registration tab, under the curriculum / non-departmental section. You can see all the courses opened that semester by using the list all courses option or by searching the name of the lecturer in the instructor section.

After the course selection, the check option is used and then by selecting the confirm option, it is sent to the advisor for approval. The advisor's approval of the course registration must be followed through the system, when necessary (according to the academic calendar, before the registration period ends) the registration must be finalized by contacting the advisor.

During the first registration period, an announcement for online application is published on our website. You can apply for a course adjustment within the specified period.

Lunch Scholarships

80% discount is provided for all students who get lunch.  In addition, a free lunch scholarship is given to 60 students each year.

Due to an error caused by the system, you may not have been charged with fee. In order to avoid problems during your graduation, you must inform the Institute via the Contact link on the web page.

When a student register to the program, the head of the related department becomes their temporary advisor. At the end of the first term, the department evaluates the supervising load of the academic members and the preferences of students, assigns advisors accordingly, and informs the Directorate of the Institute of Graduate Studies. Advisors approved by the Board of the Institute are stated in the Student Information System (SIS or ÖBS).

The required information is available under the Student tab on the web page of our Institute. In postgraduate education, military service is not deferred without your request.
